I need a stool. How to minimize on stage?

I should mention that folks having similar issues, please work with your doctor. I have had problems with this due to the whirlwind that has been insurance over the last 3 years. (I have lost 4 primary care doctors in 3 years, and am between PCs right now). The issues I ran into have to do with food (duh) but not the way you think... Working with a dietician, and a sports medicine doctor, we found that the issue has to do with inflamation caused by the heavily chemical treated foods we have these days...

Reactions: Groove Doctor
I know people who use a few different things, a friend of mine uses an everyday drum stool. I do a lot of pit work and got fed up using whatever chairs were in theatres. I realised I was prone to slouching too much on normal chairs so I invested in a double bass stool which helped eliminate that, I also started using a foot stool as well so I break all the 'rules'. Then again, it's usually only pit work I use that set up so no one sees it.

I'd say to look at drum/keyboard/bass stools and you'll be alright. They are usually black for a reason.
