I need experienced input: Ampeg super rig

I have in my position an Ampeg SVT 2 Pro, SVT 4 Pro, SVT 810E, and an SVT 610HLF. I'm wanting to run my SansAmp Bass Driver DI as a preamp into the SVT 2 Pro to power the 810E, use the slave out to go to the SVT 4 Pro's "power amp in", and power the 610HLF with the SVT 4 Pro. I realize that this kind of rig would only need to be used for very large gigs, but can anyone see any issues with running this rig? The 810E is a sealed cab. The 610HLF is a ported cab. Any problems there? Should I switch the heads around so that the SVT 2 Pro powers the 610HLF and the SVT 4 Pro powers the 810E?

I've got two Gator 4-space G-Shock racks on the way for these heads. When they come in I will show pics of the whole rig. :bassist:

I see no problems with what your doing.
As far as feeling guilty owning such a monster rig, don't.
There is nothing wrong with having fun with amps.
They do have volume controlls so you could even use this in a coffie house job.
Enjoy them and have fun with them.

I cant think of any reason this setup wouldn't work fine.

You could also try (Y-cord) splitting the Sansamp output (or using its unaffected/XLR output)
to drive the normal, front input of the SVT-4 rig so you would retain the ability of
EQing your ported cab differently.

You could also try an A/Y/B pedal between your BDDI and the
front inputs, or just running both cabs off of your SVT-IIpro.

Here's the my complete dream Ampeg rig. Every piece of Ampeg here is American-made.

1. SVT 2 Pro
2. SVT 4 Pro
3. SVT 810E
4. SVT 610HLF
5. Furman power conditioner
6. Monster Cable speaker cables
7. Gator G-Shock 4-space racks (x2)

Kind of off topic, but I was wondering. On the SVT-II, when the Graphic EQ is activated, does that disingage the original 'knobbed' EQ? Or does it continue running it? I just think it would come in handy being able to set up a standard tone with the Graphic, and then have a different EQ already set up and waiting for you when you switch basses, or just want a different sound for a song or two.

P.S.
That rig is SICK!!!!!!!!!!!! :bassist:
