Ok whenever I take my strings off my warwick corvette the little piece by the first fret where the strings lay on comes off. It always falls off when Im changing my strings. Is this something I can fix myself or should I take it in a get it fixed?

One string at a time.
Hehe. Fair enough, but your nuts shouldn't be falling off. Take it to a repairman.
Just put a drop of crazy glue on it and restring it... a drop.... that will be $50.00 please... (hey I tried...lawyers do it don't they?)So its not something I can fix myself?

I would want a repairman to repair my nuts.
Fred

I'd hold up on that glue if I were you.
I thought all Warwicks had an adjustable nut? Or "just-a nut" as they call them. My Corvette Pro-line had one.
No way! I'm never letting that guy near me again, not after the last time he tweaked my nut.
I see so the top piece is just coming off if you don't keep the face of the bass up. I've never taken all the strings off a Warwick before, so I didn't know that maybe the top part of the nut may come off.
