My choice for potentiometers would be CTS, they've been a standard for decades:

Of course, you'll need to match the values/type that is in your instrument
And for a jack, the old standard is Switchcraft on most instruments:

But I'd also trust Rean/Neutrik:

If you need capacitors for the tone circuit, see what value is in your bass now and reproduce those as well.
Easy as pie, and who doesn't love pie.
If you're new to soldering or aren't feeling confident with your skills, have someone do it for you or see a professional with your parts in hand. Check the work after the fact to make sure it's clean sturdy and sound.
