Well, Kinda worried now to say the least...

I have spare tubes on standby luckily, but just to clairfy, i think it sounded pretty bad.

I warmed up my ad200b, plugged my active P bass into the active port, forgot the cab wasnt hooked up, flicked off standby, and hear a loud click, zzzzt, and the light turns off.
I dont wanna turn it back on just yet..
Thoughts?

Is there a fuse to check? Internal, maybe?

Wait a while, set everything to zero, with the cab hooked up, turn it on, and slowly turn up so you can hear if it works or not.

You should still take it to a tech even if it does make sound, though.

I'm unsure how to check a fuse on a Tube head, The only fuses ive checked are on my car, ha.

It should say where the fuse on your amp is in your amp's user manual.

I'll check the manual now.
The head light didn't come on upon switching the power on, I'd imagine it was a fuse blowing.. After all, it was a click, not a boom.

Yeah, check the fuse. If it's blown, replace it, then turn on the amp with all the knobs down like Satori said and slowly dial them back in.
If the fuse blows again, take it to a tech. There's still a chance it's just a resistor that got fried. Then it's an easy fix.

Just checked the back of the amp, none of the output valve fuse lights are on.. Possibly it's just the resistor?

Not sure what output valve fuse lights are. Were you able to find the fuse with the help of the manual? It's most likely a small glass tube with metal ends. If the amp won't turn on, I'm guessing the tube is black and looks burned out.

Looks like it has two fuses and a possibly a spare in the fuze holder.
