I wonder how this happened?

My sister was working in the ER one day when a guy came in complaining about pain in his "lower gut". They sent him for an x-ray and he had a 2 D cell flashlight that had obviously been shoved up his bunghole and then pushed even further up.

When told what the problem was he swore he had no idea how such a thing could have happened.

My wife works in a small city hospital. Earlier this week a man presented in the ER with a TV remote up his poop chute. "I sat down on the couch and wham!". There are some freaks out there!

That is fake. The distal bowel makes a turn to the left called the sigmoid colon and becomes the descending bowel. The drumsticks don't make that impossible turn and there is no evidence of major bleeding from this anterior image.... But it sure is funny.

I was just going to write this same thing. It's funny, but that dude would have been dead pretty quickly with a perforated bowel!

We had a singer once who was an ER nurse. He would tell us the craziest stories about Friday and Saturday nights in our reasonably small town and the amount of dudes coming in with "gut pains" who actually just had things in their behinds. Almost every one of them "fell on it". Can't say I've ever fallen on three quarters of a kielbasa. Or drumsticks
