Just got my friend's IA Coda that I will probably buy.
Tried it Sunday on a soft jazz quartet gig & managed to get a good sound-Underwood PU only in Ch1 on a carpeted floor.
My friend used a mic for announcements in Ch 2 -sounded great. Share mic with a switch.
Brought it home & tried a Markbass Traveler 210 as an extension speaker & sounded great.
Then, tried to hook up a mic (used it with the Fishman Bass Blender-phantom power needed) but the mic did NOT work in Ch 1 or CH 2 on the Coda.
Do I need a mic that doesn't require phantom power?
If so, what kind & can you use both channels together-blending mic & PU?
Thanks
