Does anyone know how common/uncommon these are? It seems pretty easy to find other prestige model ibanez basses but ive had no luck finding one of these.

Yeah those are the next rarest ATK to the Bunker USA made ATK's.
I've heard they were made with materials other prestige models didn't even use I mean really really really good wood. I've seen pictures of it see Ibanez's website for vintage catalogs and check the 1999 section (I think that's where it is).
I think they are rare because they were so well built that bassists didn't even bother selling them and the ones that did sell either the buyers collected them as Ibanez fanatics or just kept them as studio basses considering their rarity but, great sound.
My dad had a chance to play one once he said the neck felt like butter it was narrower than usual ATK's but it was abit heavier body weight wise. I've asked what else he remembers about it but, he can't remember.
