This sums up how I feel about them after playing several models in music stores. I prefer the BTB models because of their wider necks and string spacing.but some people find the necks to be too thin and narrow and the string spacing on the 5 and 6 string models too tight.

Absolutely abhor the "panga panga" wood used in most of the premium lineup. It's the poor man's wenge, and shrinks like hell in dry environments (splinters on the back of the neck, and fret sprout even with binding).
Many returned instruments, and bad (since deleted) reviews at my local Long&Mcquade suggest I'm not alone. But again, I'm up in northern Ontario, so I doubt if folks down in the States would have any problem.I did not know this. Is it a common issue?
