Ibanez BTB 576

Hey there. I'm looking at a new 6 string bass. I am positive that I want to go with Ibanez again. I currently have the Ibanez SR506 and could not be more pleased. But during a vacation to Michigan, I went in to a local shop and had an opportunity to play an Ibanez BTB 576. It was the most beautiful bass I had ever played. I now can not find an online store that has them in stock. Does anybody know of a store, other than Sam Ash, that sells them? I cant go back that music store because its about 600 miles away from where I live.:(

I'm sure the store in Michigan will happily ship it to you via UPS or FedEx.

I actually feel the same as you, I too own an SR506 and I have recently tried the BTB576 and I love it as well. You made a good choice, its a great instrument (my only complaint about it is the fact that the distance between the top of the pickup to the B-string is inconsistent with the string spacing, but it is only minor really, and would just take some getting used to). I plan on buying one for myself as well sometime in the near future, they are really great basses.
