ok. so i dont know anything about guitar electronics. 1 problem with my bass is that its really hard to hear the G string. now, it might be my piece of crap amp that i got. I'm getting a new 100 watt gk amp within a week or two. But yeah i was wondering if the pickups were messed up or idk.

and another thing is that one of the pickups keeps sinking in. im not sure how to fix that or if thats bad or wut. yeah any help would be cool thanks.

Try raising the G string side of the pickups and lowering the E string side. Play through your amp at moderate volume and don't use any bass boost or treble boost or contour. You should get it sorted out that way.

If the pickups keep sinking in you might need to put some more foam underneath each to keep them pressed up. It's a simple fix. I use the black, firm foam used to pack electronics parts but a lot of other foams will work as well.

Holy thread revival, Batman!

I have a few problems with my ICB200:

As above, the G string is quieter... but so is the E string.

Also, the jack sucks and if the lead so much as swings the bass cuts out all together, does anyone know if there are any replacement/aftermarket parts for this bad boy?
