Does anyone have good pictures of this bass? because I've looked on line for some and they have really bad lighting or are artists renditions, it's hard to tell what the finish looks like.

Ibanez SR 700 amber finish.

no pics, but I played one last week. Its a darker yellow than the internet pics. But still very yellow.
In the case of that bass, it looks pretty close to the pics on the Ibanez site. I've seen a couple (and played one or two) at various shops around here. Very nice bass.
Normally Sweetwater does in their "Guitar Gallery" when they have more than one to choose from, but they are out of stock at the moment. The renderings don't do it justice though. I like that same bass, but am waiting for the 2012 models to come out, and hoping for a version w/maple neck ... wouldn't that be sweet.
I prefer the raw wood necks that the SR700s have now. Very smooth to play on. Not that the maple ones aren't.
I am really curious to see what Ibanez will push out in 2012.
