Hey guys. So I have an ibanez Sr1300 that I love the tone on. The problem I keep running into is I feel its not loud enough and I'm thinking its the pickups. It is an early 90's so I guess they could of lost some volume to them, if that does happen. I guess my question is what pickup gives the most bottom end. I have an emg j pickup already but what does modern sound mean exactly. Is it better for upper registry or more bottom end to it
