Ibanez SR500

going to buy 1 tomorrow with some xmas gift cards.

any reason I shouldn't???



I bought a used ampeg cab a couple months ago and I used the SR500 to try it out and it felt like butter in my hands. Immediate GAS attack. Finally pulling the trigger. My current bass is a Squire VM, this will be my mid tier upgrade and hopefully last me until I'm ready to take the plunge on a Stingray or something similar in the $1500ish range

I think if you have GAS for it and it felt great in your hands
you should go buy it.

it's a great bass, it was my first bass and still my current choise. I played a lot of basses and was on the fence, but when i plugged the sr500 in, i didn't even have to look at the price tag..... then when I did I couldn't believe how well priced it was.

I'm sure you have it by now and love it!
