I wish I knew how to post pictures. This thing is beautiful. It has become my new gigging' bass. Neck thru, Flame maple cap over Mahogony. Bartolini active pups/electronics package. Superb tone and playability. Anyone have any thoughts + or - on these basses?

I beileve the entire body is figured maple.

I'm waiting for the Antique Violin SR900 I ordered to arrive. The shop received the wrong bass and had to reorder, so the time has been double!
I dig the SR900, and have spent 9 months saving for it.

not sure about the SR900, but i love the SR/SRX line that Ibanez offers. i like the uber fast necks, and on the SR line they've got those Bart MK1s.
