Honestly, you've already made the best move.
Chances are pretty high that anyone here would just be wagering a guess which is fun and all but unless the person who originally ordered it just happens to be a member of this forum and finds this specific thread all you'll probably end up with are speculations.
It looks quite custom so make sure that you send gut shots to Brian at Saturnworks.

So it's a 1:4 splitter, allowing your expression pedal to (selectively) control up to four different stompboxes?
What a cool idea!

"Please also note: Regarding using the expression control switch to control multiple devices, some devices enter ‘expression mode’ when a cable is connected to their expression jacks, regardless of whether or not an expression pedal is connected or active. These devices may perform unwanted functions, even if an expression pedal is not connected. In those cases, connecting an expression pedal to two devices with an expression control switch may not produce satisfactory results. You can test how your device will behave with an expression connected but not turned on by simply plugging a patch cable into its expression jack with nothing on the other end. Whatever the device does in that scenario, will be what it does with the control switch channel connected but turned off."
Unfortunately I don't have four controllable devices to test. But, now I have a reason to!
