Hi. I'm pretty sure that's a Cameo Deluxe made by Teisco in either the late 60's or early 70's. It's a beginner's student guitar from what I have read.My uncle gave me this as a Christmas present. It's really beat up (terribly cracked neck), but there's no name on it anywhere other than stickers on the back of the neck that say "559 1462" and a ripped sticker that looks like it says "Made in Korea"

I think you're right, I've stumbled upon that same post before trying to find info on this particular bass. They pop up on ebay somewhat frequently but there isn't a ton of info about them out there.That Teisco has two pickups and a different body, pickguard and bridge cover. Check this out:
