IEM In Ear Monitors. Newbie shopping.

I need to save my ears and I am tired of ear plugs. They really kill any top end and sound muffled, even my custom ones. What are some best bang for the $$$ for 2 guitars, bass, lead vocals, drums and 2 backup vocals. I am at a loss at what is needed etc.

I have looked at some of the faq's on resellers but it did not help me much.

Maybe get molds with filters to bring down the db limit and still sound natural? for 250 bucks you can get premium molds made.
(if you have them already then there is an issue with them by your description)
To properly do in-ears you need mics, a mixing console,
transmitter, belt pack, molds with drivers, cabling=$$$$$
I use 15 dollar hearos from gc and they work great, and you don't loose a ton of money when you loose/ damage a plug
(like I did).
