Toss-up between the OFD and B3k. B3k is my always on, but there's so many sounds I get out of the OFD and I like to spice it up a bit. Either way, I'd be happy as a clam I'd I could only take one or the other.
B7K is a gift of my beloved wife for my BD. And it is the huge pedal. I would prefer it if there's no way to keep my board with me...
A very good compressor. I really need one for my style of playing. And I have one, that's a chance 
Tuner is an option to me.. I mean I can tune with a tuning fork, I can tune with a keyboard, I can tune with a phone (yes A440 if you're not too young ^^) I can even tune with the hum of some electrical devices which deliver a perfect G! Yes I've done it sometimes, I hope someone of you understand what I'm talking about
Oh yes I frequently use a little tuner but not in pedal form. Live it is inevitable of course and I favor the Boss TU-3 which is very precise IMHO. So.. If just one pedal, a very good comp for me. Dirt can come from the amp hehe

At the moment I'm running an IdiotBox Blower Box into a Sansamp VT Bass used as a preamp.
I guess I'd be able to get an SVT, but nothing would replace the BB, so if I could only have one it'd be that.
As always, this is subject to (usually expensive) change when I hear about the next cool toy...
