We made a band decision to hire a Go Go Girl for a show.

She arived at the show on time with costume, we explained what we wanted her to do. She complied, she did a great job and was paid appropriately.

We don't want nor do we expect anyone who we have in our show to work for free.

What is it that you opinion we are doing wrong?

i think it's a great idea blue. if my band had a budget that would cover it i'd do the same thing.

No I meant that you where 100% correct about the fact that "we all don't have the same aptitude , intellect or IQ"..

And I think you're right about more booking agents than musicians here...At least a 3:1 ratio....:rolleyes:

It was interesting because I would check out some of the web sites of members that were posting threads and comments. Some, if you were making a judgement on the site material were in very cool bands and were playing great bass.

But then, there were these guys that were sort of forum "know it alls". You would go to their sites and usually it was some "god awful" cover band. These were the guys that were more booking agents than musicians. In my opinion it was a bunch of "jive".
