I'm not sure what your situation is but having nursed family members through terminal illnesses I feel for you. You know, as long as you are alive you can still bring joy and happiness to others. Maybe it is talking a teen out of suicide on another forum or making young musicians who post their playing in YouTube feel great by posting positive encouraging comments. I'm just making these up as examples because u seem to be able to post here and u have passion for music. Your life, maybe not what it once was, is precious and still has value. Reconsider suicide, whether the law says it is allowed or not.

My prayers are with you.

Though not a heavy smoker, it's been affecting my singing for some time and I've thought about quitting only recently for the first time in quite a long while.
I'll try to do it, and it will be in your memory.

I am very sad to read you're going, and I too feel the impulse to have you reconsider, but it is something you must have thought through.

Godspeed, my brother.
