Double Bass Impedance matching preamp w/features

Looking for recommendations for a replacement of a Fishman Pro EQ Platinum Bass preamp / DI that is about done. It works, but it’s been dropped &/or squashed in a gig bag enough the case is cracked up and coming apart. I’d like to have something that has the same features as what I have, but with a bypass foot switch.
Features are;
Gain
Volume
Compression
Depth (high pass filter)
Pre-post switch for DI (EQ in or out)
Ground lift
Phase
5 band EQ

Not sure if you mean bypass or mute.

The closest that comes to mind is Grace Designs AliX. ALiX instrument preamp / DI - Grace Design ALiX has a mute control.

The Tech 21 Q/Strip is also close. It has a bypass control, but no notch filter. Invalid Link Removed

The bass EQ doesn’t have a notch filter, it has a “depth” control which is actually a HPF. I have an offer from another TB member to replace my preamp with another one just like it that’s in good condition for an extrodinarily good price.

The Headway EDB-2 H.E. is my go to DB Preamp. Their is a more expensive version with a tube.
