I have recently become aware of impulse response and using them to sample a desired tone and use them to make my own tone match up with it.
I know this is basically how the axe fx II tone match works but I was wondering if there is a pedal form that will take a sample and match my tone? If there isn't a pedal that does it directly is there a pedal that can manually load an IR?
The possibilities with a pedal like this would be insane. Hear a tone you like? Take a snapshot and boom another tone in that ballpark to play with!
