I've been trying to choose a new bass for 2 months now, and I just can't decide.
I'm currently playing a cort action V, and while it is comfortable to play, the sound quality is just not good enough. That's why I want to buy a higher quality bass.
I want a versatile 5 string bass, equally capable of being aggressive and smooth and thumpy. I mostly play funk, acid jazz and jazz influenced electronic music.
My budget is 500-1000 euros (the lower the better of course).
