I'm planning on picking up one of these as soon as I sell my Blackout Effectors Whetstone. I've checked out Behndy's youtube demo as well as a few others and the Faye Sing sounds SICK. I initially had an MXR block phase 90 and read some rave reviews about the Whetstone so I picked it up. Turns out it isn't really my thing.

SO I was wondering if any owners would mind chiming in with their experience with the pedal. The good, the bad, the ugly, the sexy. Lemme hear it.

Thanks!

d'awwwwwwwwwww! thanks!

yah. i don't even like phasers. and i LOVE this thing. it's the resonance knob. it gives it such meatiness, especially with fuzzers going into it.

this isn't the best recording, we just wanted to get some stuff down, so we only spent about 8 hours total recording, but this song has the Faye Sing on the entire time -

everything until the real drums/heavier part comes in is Darkglass B3k -> Faye -> a lofi patch on the Timeline doing up and down sweeps with an expression pedal, then the same but with a MountainKing Heavy Machine before the B3k.

MAKE SURE YOU RUN IT WITH AN EXPRESSION PEDAL INTO IT. SO GOOD.
