Double Bass Inner Mic in Tailpin

does anybody knows some things about this Mic?
It's a new version of a '40 amp. system.

This is the same concept as the old Ampeg Baby Bass.
At least in terms of mounting a mic inside the instrument via the end-pin. We've been discussing it on another thread.
To answer your question, i've never heard of it. Anybody else?
