Input and Output Compressors: Ultimate Signal Control

Soooooooooooo,

I've been revamping my pedal board, including adding a loop switcher, 2 compressors, and a preamp.
I've been playing with the effects order and stumbled across a combination i like.

Wireless => Diamond bass compressor => Loop Switcher (w/ all none utility effects) => micro Thumpinator (hi pass) => Whirlwind OC bass Comp

So apparently, I enjoy two compressors in my chain.
I'm using the Diamond as input compression (light, all knobs at noon), and the OC bass comp is doing light limiting at the end of the chain......

I was curious if any other TB'rs have a similar effects chain? Or something totally different?

I'm happy with the chain but curious if the Thumpinator should be moved to a different location. Where do other Thumpy users place it relative to a compressor?

I've searched a lot and haven't found much on the topic. I did see Bryan Beller had 2 comps on his board, so it can't be too bad an idea. ;)

I put the thumpinator later in the chain because i wasn't sure how much additional bass frequencies my filters and OC-2 were adding. I do seem to bottom out the diamond when slapping or aggro playing, so maybe that would lighten the load going in.

In your experiences, do Octaves track as well with the Thumpy before it(it might actually track better after thinking of it)?

Also, Whirlwind OC settings for limiting???

I'm using low input gain, really high output, with the fast switch on.
