Input jack for a warwick corvette

Sadly the old girl needs a little TLC, seem s her input is going bad, does anyone have a lead of a site where I can get a replacement?

She could probably use new pickups and a new preamp but that can wait.

There is nothing special about these Jacks so try Radio Shack.

That's the one I put in my Thumb. They can be had for less.
