Input/Playback Mix control?

My old Focusrite Scarlett has a mix knob for input and playback and I really like that feature a lot. I was thinking about upgrading, but I notice the new models don’t have it anymore. Did they remove that feature? Can anyone explain this change? Thanks in advance.

MOTU interfaces have that feature and I LOVE it. I have the M4

The functionality is still there and covered in the manual. The direct button on the front panel is how you access that feature.
