Instuctor/Twin cities?

Go to local music stores, look at what they have to offer. Ask other bass players (if you know any) if they know of any. If you are old enough to get into bars, find local musicians, and ask them. If you are serious about looking for a good teacher, you will find a way of finding one.

Hey! If you are familiar with Happy Apple, the bass player from that group teaches when he's not out touring that is. He's a great guy and a monster player.

His name is Erik Fratzke and his telephone number is 651-695-1607.

He's in St. Paul.

I'm sure there are plenty of other great teachers, but I'm new to the area and enjoyed the lessons I took from him. He became a great jazz player from a foundation of rock/metal/pop, so he's got a very open mind musically speaking.
