Interesting local cheapies

I am browsing my local marketplace and I found these two gems. Anyone have any information on them? Electra Phoenix and Samick Corsair bj. Never heard of either one of them. Both are around 150 a piece.

I’m pretty sure the Electra is late 70s or 80s Japanese. I think Matsumoku or Fugi-gen? As long as the truss rod works and the neck isn’t warped I’d look at that one.

This. If the Phoenix is in healthy shape, it's an excellent bass for the money. A real bargain, IMO.

That Electra is exactly the same shape as a Westone Spectrum DX I had in the eighties.

Yeah that Electra is sweet! In the Westone family, they are much nicer than the price would lead you to believe
