Interesting: New Digital Wireless Systems

The new technology uses a type of modulation known as Frequency Shift Keying (FSK) to transmit and receive the A/D signal from your instrument to your receiver.

I wonder if the reconstructive (quantization) error in the D/A receiver outweighs the distortion of current FM modules. A/D, D/A may work for radio and streaming audio, but I'm interested as to whether it works as well as FM or direct line for that matter. It's really difficult to compare the product specifications as these are two totally different approaches to signal modulation.

One thing is for sure... they went the right direction with a fully rack-mountable receiver with flashy meters! :D
