What are your thoughts on this one? I was thinking of scoring a nice used Lakland Skyline 55-01 with a maple board, and replacing the pick-ups with a set of Nordstrand Big Singles. I also could have the electronics replaced by an OBP-3. Are the Big Singles a direct replacement for the Bartolini MK1 pick-ups? How will the Lakland sound after this mod? This plan just keeps haunting me. Thanks in advance for your input.
