It's been a long time since my last Gig Report, but we have been crazy busy, and a lot of repeat rooms, so i didn't want to bore you with the same old stuff.
This past Saturday, we got to play a "Leap Year" gig at a new venue for us, Bar Figaro in beautiful downtown Newberry.
The room was built in 1908 and had the original floors refinished.
Super cool rotating sign that alternated lighting each letter in B-A-R.
Poster for upcoming talent, including IE.
A few room shots pre gig and pre load-in. The truck was able to back up into the rear entrance, so life was easier, except for those four steps.
Beautiful room. Sound was perfect.

And a couple of shots from some friends that drove over from Columbia, about 40 miles.
Trying to keep peace in the family and not blow out stage volume, I used my Thunderfunk and a Schroeder 2 x 12 cabinet.
Great crowd and great night for the band, we got three more gigs (two in 2021), and could have booked more, but every open date he had over the next six months, we were already booked.
Overall, you know it's great to find a new venue, and one that wants you back is super.
