INTONATION...

I just set this bass up, the intonation is dead on but the saddles are not lined up like they should be,what could be the issue, any help or advice would greatly be appreciated...

If the intonation is dead on and you have your favored string height (or action) you're done. If it aint broke don't fix it...

Sounds good to me...I just thought the string lengths were suppose to graduate from the E being the longest to the G being the shortest.

I've had strings that needed to be set like this before. I don't think this is extremely uncommon, just one of those exceptions to the rule...
