iRig HD vs Apogee Jam

The software alone is worth the price!

It seems a very interesting product.
How would this compare with Apogee Jam?
It seems to have a bit more of gain.

I saw a Line6 adapter yesterday at an Apple Store that honestly kills the Jam. The Line6 has the 1/4" input the Jam has, but also has 1/4" out, headphone out, AND line out, all in the same size box. It's the same price! How do they do that?

More gain, backwards and future proof with all 3 Apple device connections included, no extra purchase needed like with theirs. We have 30 pin, lightning and a USB connectors, Midi in and XLR+1/4" combo jack with phantom power for studio microphones as well.

iRig Pro also comes with well over $200 in free software as well, smaller for the musician on the go and about the size of a travel toothpaste container.

Also comes with free pop-up ads every time you launch those apps no matter what you already purchased. This is very annoying and totally destroys the user experience. IK need to change their marketing strategy, it really get's on my and many other user's nerves. It's a shame because many of the products are quite nice and I've bought quite a lot of them. iRig HD, iRig Keys, Amplitube Mac and iPhone, iLectric, iGrand, SampleTank, all good stuff but the marketing stuff is so f***ing annoying. And JamUp Pro is miles ahead of amplitube, btw.
