iRig Pro Duo Even Needed if Already Have Interface

I bought but haven’t opened yet one of the iRig Pro Duos to video record myself but wondering if I even need it since I have A Focusrite Scarlet Solo ( 2019 ver. though)?
I thinking about this I ran a DI from my amp to the Scarlet, which is connected to Garageband via iPad Pro and instead of running to headphone's from the Scarlet, ran to my iphone via adapter. Is this giving me the same DI signal to the phone that I would get from the iRig? If so Im thinking to trade it for an updated interface like the UA Volt 276 or Motu M2. It’s seems the only advantage the iRig might have is its portability and I don’t really see myself using it away from the home studio.

You don’t need the iRig, you can directly connect the Scarlet to your iPhone via USB. Much higher quality. In case you’re using the video-app, the app takes the sound directly from the Scarlet.
To connect the Scarlet to the iPhone via usb, you need a camera-connection- kit from Apple. I recommend the one that allows powering the iphone simultaneously. It’s available cheaper from other vendors, Apple's is about 30,-.

You might have missed where I noted the USB from Scarlet is occupied by connection to the iPad running Garageband. I should have reframed my question to is the quality of sound headphone out from Scarlet equal to its USB output?

The output from the headphone jack is analog, and the USB output is digital, so in the truest sense, the USB is higher quality than the headphone jack. However, the headphone output might sound just fine for your purposes.

Headphone outputs are not line or mic outputs. It will degrade the signal. Is it good enough? You judge!
Maybe you should reconsider your setup. If you record the audio you want to use to an iPad running Garageband, it would make sense to use the headphone out to record a guide audio to the video and later using the original mixed and mastered audiotrack from Garageband to sync it to the video. Syncing, esp. if you have a guide track is very simple in iMovie for example.
