Oooo. I'm thinking about an XB76 fretless down the road, or heck, any of the fretless Carvin 6's.

I'm pretty stoked about the Xerograph. I really like the oscillators on the Beast, but have been thinking for a while that I need something along with the fuzz to really make use of it. After considering the Moogerfooger line, the Iron Ether stuff just came out as the best choice, financially and musically. I used to have the Oxide, and kinda regret selling it.

That thing is so amazing looking. Very cool. I can't wait to hear your thoughts Panther! I'm sure it'll be something like "I just shook the roof off of my practice space....seriously."

Same thoughts here. Some time ago I was really excited for the synth/squarewave generator that Taylor hinted at, but I'm so happy with the Mastotron+Oxide pairing for squarewave-like sounds that I think I might not need that one right now.

An octaver and/or pitchshifter/harmonizer, with the IE pedigree, tho... that'd be a no-brainer purchase for me.

Hey all, I'm interested in having one modulation pedal that can do it all. I currently have a ZCat Q-Mod, which can switch between Phaser/Tremolo/Flanger/Chorus, and layer reverb over it all. It's versatile, but I want something more exciting sounding.

So, can the Polytope do it all? In addition to its wilder side, I know it can do all the chorus and flange stuff very nicely, and since it doesn't use delay it doesn't lose the punch and tightness. But can it do a phaser-type sound? How about tremolo? I'm in a Pink Floyd copy band, so I need to get the "Have a Cigar" tone. It doesn't have to be perfect, but it needs to have that feel in the mix.

I want to save room on my board, and I don't use modulation all the time, so what's the best bang for the space?
