Ooof. As much as I want one, too spendy for me right now. Glad the website went down, saved me from an economically detrimental poor-impulse buy.

Yep, that's been the case for the last few pre-orders. That's the only way I can take enough pre-orders that they don't sell out in minutes.
By the way, in the olden times I used to build some, ship them, build some, ship them... but when people find out that somebody else already got theirs, but they haven't, I get a flurry of anxious and sometimes angry emails wondering when theirs is going to ship.
So now I have to wait until they're all done to start shipping any of them. Which actually means a longer wait for most people on average. That's human psychology for you.
In fact, even now, when somebody posts that they got a tracking number, some people will email me wondering why "this other guy's shipped 6 hours ago and why haven't I gotten a tracking number yet is there something wrong did you forget about me???"

Well I need a pedal now. I'm entitled to two new pieces of gear every month for the next 9 months.
At least that's what my membership covers, says right here in the Handbook, page 7a.

Another one to help with the wait and push people to make the right decision.
You have been misinformed, sir. The Nimbus SE is the definitive reverb for bass guitar. If reverb isn't your thing, that's cool--we all have different needs--but that doesn't make it boring. No other builder I know of has tuned a reverb pedal for the bass register. (Fuzzrocious Afterlife is probably the closest I can think of, but that's a spring reverb.)
