For each pedal model, there have probably been a couple dozen different finishes. There was a time in 2014-2015 that every individual pedal had a unique finish, then it was each batch with something different, plus all the many custom paint jobs. Some day when I don't have anything else to do (!) I'd like to make a page on the website showing everything I have pictures of. Lots of the custom ones I don't even have pictures of, though.

Part of me hopes you do this because it would be so much fun to browse. But the other part of me hopes you don't do this because it would only give me GAS for individual pedals ;) I'm having a hard-enough time tracking down a custom-painted Xerograph Deluxe version 2 as is!!!

This board kept me awake last night. Its been just to much fun to play after i was done completing it. taylor’s creations are absolutely one of the best in the industry. pair it with some of josh’s work and it slays even more. i sure am looking forward bringing this board on the next jam.

Glorious. But man… there must be some word in another language for the feeling I get when I see a top-jack Oxide.

That one's from before I got the CNC, so it's acid-etched rather than machine-engraved. All the pedals were etched from 2010-2013, but it got to be a major hassle dealing with the used acid, and not so good for the environment. In person the engraved ones look deeper than etching, but from the photo I can tell because of the border around the edges and the more speckled surface.

This one must've been custom, and I don't think the knobs are original (but they look good, arguably better than the knobs it came with).

Could happen! I think it's cool too. It's just kind of at odds with making more pedals, because it's so much more time-consuming and I can't really outsource the paint part and have it look similar. So the more I pursue the art aspect, the fewer pedals will ever be in stock.

Looking at the numbers of people on the mailing lists for each pedal, right now I think making more pedals is probably the thing to focus on, but I want to do a bit of both. The Subterrographs were engraved, for example.

What are the chances of you re-releasing top jack oxides?

Not to speak for the man but this gets asked fairly frequently & he's talked about reworking the circuit & releasing some new batches in the recent past. I think it's just a matter of working it into the schedule. Would be awesome to see an Oxide mkii or as someone else suggested a "Dioxide" which I think would be a cool name for an updated Oxide.
