I received the xerograph deluxe yesterday, my first iron ether device.

Wow.

I have a feeling that I've just scratched the surface, but I can already appreciate the power and range inherent in this pedal.

My current settings have rendered the nastiest, wettest, most responsive envelope filter I've ever played.

The Xerograph Deluxe has (seemingly) ended my quest for envelope filters. It's insane the range it has, and the sounds are super luscious; Taylor has really set the bar quite high with this pedal. Plus, in the resonant low pass mode, you have the heaviest dub reggae sound imaginable at the simple click of a footswitch! Which, given that I play a ton of reggae, and dub music, was a SUPER pleasant surprise haha.

Fair warning; this can be a deep rabbit hole down which to dive... the sonic possibilities with these pedals are astounding!

Stuck the Xerograph on my board over the weekend and then forgot all about it. I showed up for a listening room gig last night and had a brief moment of panic when I realized I was going on stage without having ever played a note through the pedal. Started turning knobs and I was quickly blown away by the range of awesome tones you can pull out of this thing. I'm a fan!

An underrated feature of the XD is how you can adjust the sensitivity of the envelope follower with an expression pedal. Tweak a couple knobs upstream that affect how the note opens? No problemo!

I think I need a second one…

I haven't, but I think you're right, especially being able to control sweep with expression.

One of the best ways to use the XD is with a manual sweep and a expression pedal. My only problem with that is when I switch back and forth from manual to auto, I have to find that sweet spot with the expression pedal again, which can be tricky. For this reason I almost wish there was a Wah pedal version of the XD.

Got the same thing. Perhaps the outage that is currently grounding all flights is an issue.

The site is getting more sudden traffic than it can handle. Really sorry about this! I would just check back tomorrow. If all the pre-orders have sold out by then, I will add more slots (with a slightly longer time estimate).
