you know, i was about 165 lbs and 6'4" from ages of 13-20. then my bones grew and my metabolism slowed. now at good weight i'm about 240.
so.... it's comin' brother. it's comin'.

DANG! I am 6'4" and 190lbs and some BMI poster said that I was overweight by 18lbs.
I can binge eat at buffets and after long nights of drinking and still not gain a pound. I do exercise quite regularly though. I digress.
