so you guys like this more than/as much as the geiger? Behndy mentioned that the Geiger's wave table knob moves around a lot, but I'm still slightly more interested in it for the CV in. This does look much more worth the money though. Not sure I can justify spending over 300 dollars on a bit crusher.

does the Civilian Issue version have a cv in? i forget. i'd be more interested in that than the Big Daddy version of the GC. if he put in save spots? i'm there. but LIS i just never trusted that it'd be where it was on shut down when i powered it up. and i don't have time live to spend 10 minutes dialing back in a tone.

but yeah, this thing BLOWS THE GC AWAY in terms of intuitive use and useful tones. for me, IME, IMO all that.

From powerdown to powerup, my wave table settings stay the same, no jumping around during operation as well. The other knobs my shift slightly, but I've gotten pretty good at dialing them back in a few seconds. I really dig the (bass modded) Geiger....

Still, I want to see what this IE beast has in store for me...:bassist:

Try the setting from the manual titled synthy square wave with tremolo. Keep sample rate and bit depth fully CCW and the toggle set to degrade. Play a C and hold the note to let it swell then hammer on D. Really frickin' cool. This works well with the expression pedal set to Sample Rate or Mix.

Thank you Taylor!:hyper:

I'll try that. The manual was a big help- the FrantaBit is a deceptively deep pedal.

I want to get a video demo up, but my stupid recording interface hates Vista and only works every fifth Sunday in Smarch.
