My Xero was damaged in shipping by UPS. Conical is sending me a new unit and I'm sending the damaged one back to him.

One word of advice unrelated to the above statement - do not attempt to eat fried chicken and handle the Xero at the same time. Grease and polished aluminum do not mix...
