Is Bill Wilkat still building bodies??

I sent a couple of emails his way and have had no response , so I was just wondering if he is still building bass bodies for the steinberger necks. Or if anyone knows where i can have a body made for me, i will not go to ed roman i have called twice and was quoated two completely ridiculus price's

Just to let folks know: yes I am still building basses and guitars.

However, my e-mail Spam filters have been working overtime of late it seems, and so on occasion I have missed some requests (my apologies). Please be careful how you title your requests, or any other links that you add to your e-mail that might be misunderstood by the filters.

I am semi-retired, and not accepting all projects (particularly if the project contains things that affect my allergies), but I always advise in those cases.

Oddly, I've been getting only guitar orders these days, and that's fine. But I may stop taking custom requests soon and simply build a few basses and guitars and offer them up for sale.

It's so time consuming to continue doing "one of a kind" models that are made to order.....time will tell....
