She’s either Rob’s sister or wife. Super knowledgeable and accommodating. I made several custom orders for my mods.Update on my experience with EMG - Alison responded immediate to to my email today with an update on the status of my Geeze PU order. Good customer service from them!
Hopefully Hipshot gets it together!
The initial emails I got from Hipshot had a button link to view the order and check tracking, but it led me to the App Store and I would have to download and install an app called 'Shop'. I very much prefer to keep my iPhone free from superfluous junk and I didn't want to download and install an app just for this one thing. Now that I have a Fedex tracking number I can check the shipping status on any web browser.I got something similar. Although I can’t tell if it’s from Hipshot and I’m afraid to click the link…![]()

It definitely looks bogus - check the sender's email address - it will look wonky and unclear as a business communication coming from FedEx.The initial emails I got from Hipshot had a button link to view the order and check tracking, but it led me to the App Store and I would have to download and install an app called 'Shop'. That looks like a scam / phishing email. If you tap on the email name at the top it should bring up the actual email address. It probably looks like a FedEx email but I doubt it actually is.
Or you already know that and were being sarcastic.
Your expectations should be based on reality. To wit...I expect same day shipping when things are "in stock", and when it doesn't happen, I get frustrated.
I also expect fee shipping and no-hassle returns.
It's Amazon's fault that my expectations are this way.
Knowing how I am, I make an effort to recalibrate when dealing with other retailers. It doesn't always work, though.![]()
Great! So was that notice from Fedex a scam after all??Oscar finally responded to my third inquiry last week indicating my June 30th order would be shipped this week.
The earlier one was a scam. Got the real notice on Monday for Thursday delivery which ended up being delivered today.Great! So was that notice from Fedex a scam after all??
