Is my LaBella E String Wrap Crap?

I loaded them the same way I’ve strung roundwounds but the flat wound part is dangerously close to being wrapped around the post.
LaBella says wrapping the flat wound part is extraordinarily bad.
Did I get the wrong size for my MIA Pbass?
Will tuning it eventually cause the flat wound part to break like LaBella claims?

I have light gauge La Bella Deep Talking flats on mine and my E is not quite as close as yours but it is close with no problems.

I have the LaBella DTF's on my MIM P/J. The silks are not uniform near the nut, and the silk IS wrapping around the post. But it's the narrow part of the silks. Not the thick part where the main part of the string is. But I wouldn't worry about yours, Big Strings. They should be fine...

Having played LaBella and Elixir, their wrap points seem to randomly differ from set to set...weird. Anyway, I'd say you're fine.

the Labellas silk on the E string on my MIM jazz look exactly like the pics by more blues and yours, Big String...zero issues ...I have GHS flats on a p-bass that have the silk/string border wrapped around the post so it sits at almost 9 o'1clock...no issues, no separation at all
