is ordering from thoman safe?

i just bought my first ever bass with an amb, cable, case, strap, headphones, stand and some picks, i am really afraid that it can come damaged and sending back to germanny would be hard from my country, should i worry about getting it damaged?

I've ordered from Thomann several times, for delivery to the US. Have never had any problems, and their customer support generally seems pretty good.

No. Thomann generally packs their stuff well.

Unless you're so far out in the boondocks that it has to be delivered via pack animals, of course.

The only issue I've ever had with Thomann is that I received an order I did not place, apparently due to some sort of internal computer glitch on their side. I contacted customer service, they initially suggested I send the order back on my dime, but I pointed out it was their mistake, so they should pay shipping - so instead of paying to ship it back, they just let me keep it (just some cable adapters and such I might find useful some day).
