Hi guys,i did find this and make me laughed much of the time.Laughed at them because they sounded childishly,most of the time pointlessly and without any trace of style but i felt sorry for them as well,maybe because at some points their ways of playing were pathetic more and more...
Maybe i am wrong but what do you think about that kind of stuffs?
P.S. I have posted it here - it seems to me here was the right section to.

I liked it.

Here’s what I saw/heard:
An unstructured jam where the musicians have some chops.
No… Tony Levin, Henrik Linder, Marcus Miller, Victor Wooten and Bootsy Collins didn’t make it that night.
But these guys weren't bad!

I’ve heard, and played with, my share of musicians who happen to be on the same stage at the same time and happen to be making sounds on their instruments but they’re not listening to each other.
These guys were paying attention to each other, playing with dynamics and, it appeared, they were actually trying to make each other sound good. I also heard some showing off, but that's a jam session!

In all it looked like one helluva fun time.

Hey OP,

Would you care to post your band playing live so we can critique it? Because I'll tell you what brother, these guys in the video can play. You may not like what they're playing, but I'll bet you're not any better. In fact I'd say your post was rooted in jealousy because they're doing something you can't do.

I guess to sum it up, don't be a jerk. You are part of the cancer that eats at the community of musicians, laughing at others like you're somehow above them.

Why do I have the sneaking suspicion this is the OP's band and he's fishing for compliments? He's from Bulgaria and the title says "Sofia bass night jam." [Sofia = capital of Bulgaria] Pklima did that way back in the day, posted vids of himself, captioned "I bring you... the WORST BASS PLAYER IN THE WORLD!"

OK...drums bass groove with 2 other basses wanking over top of that. No exactly my cup-o-tea, but it was pretty impressive from a technical POV, especially they way they seamlessly handed off groove and wank duty and no matter which 2 were wanking, they never really got all over each other, and like I said, technically speaking all were fine examples of dedication to craft with all the slick little trills and fills they were capable of.

The scat cat was kinda weak with his scat, but I don't personally know any players who are good at it and only a handful of full on pro bass players who can pull it off and do it proper justice. The only way to get better is to practice so he at least gets props for working on it. He may never be another Oteil, but if he keeps working on it he could well wind up close enough to make it a small part of his repertoire.

Just a guess but I'd bet any one of the three could more than carry their own water in a jazz fusion band.

Oh, and almost forgot, the drummer was pretty dang good.
