You could put it in a protective heavy duty briefcase of some sort I suppose. Something like this might do it, but why would you want to use a computer case as a stepladder?

    Panasonic Toughpad.
I had a Panasonic Toughbook from a previous job. It was heavy and thick but durable.

Price-wise, you are going to spend multiple times more for the Toughpad than for a regular tablet.

How about don't step on your tablet? It's not a bridge!

$2300 for this one, but I still don't think the screen wouldn't break if you stepped on it directly.

  11. You can walk on one of these without it cracking. Maybe buy 2 of them. Use duct tape (The Handyman's Secret Weapon) to connect them and "sandwich" your tablet.

I'm sure there's probably one that's made for military field use that you could step on safely; it's probably safe to drive an Abrams tank over it, as well as being waterproof, biological, chemical- and nuclear-bomb proof, too. But, since the military has been known to pay $10,000 for a claw hammer, you probably don't want to know what the Pad, Computer, Field, M1A2 costs.:D

Most people operate their ipads with their hands not feet...
